The website is hosted by a service provider. When you visit, technically necessary server log data (including IP address, time, page requested) is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you send us an enquiry, we process the details you provide (name, email, preferred dates, message) solely to handle your request. We use an email service provider to deliver the notification.

The legal basis is the initiation of a contract or your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR). The data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with and no retention obligations apply.

We manage availability and online bookings with belegungskalender.com, a service of Berthold Merz IT Services, Hirzerweg 62, 12107 Berlin, Germany. The calendar and the booking form are embedded in this website, but they only load once you click “Load calendar” or “Load booking form” in one of the boxes. Before that, no connection to this provider is made. That single click releases all embeds of your current visit, including those on the other pages – the box says so before you click.

Loading transfers your IP address and usual browser data (time, address requested, referring page, device and browser) to the provider; this is technically necessary for the content to reach you. The legal basis is your consent given by that click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Your consent applies to the current visit and is noted in your browser only (session storage); it ends when you close the tab.

If you enter details in the booking form (such as name, address, travel dates, number of guests), the provider processes them in order to take and manage your booking for us. The legal basis is the initiation and performance of the rental contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The privacy information of the provider applies in addition.

You can use both without embedding: every box contains a link that opens the page of the provider in a new window.

The map service opens in a new window only when you click it. No data is transmitted to this provider merely by loading this page.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
